Information Security

365 finance (a trading name of 365 finance Limited) ensures that the business exercises due care and diligence to protect our Information Systems from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, modification, disruption, or distribution. This ensures that our reputation with our clients for confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.

Our Management Team ensures business, legal and regulatory requirements – including GDPR – and contractual security obligations are conformed to and monitored effectively. Risk assessments against agreed criteria will be continuously undertaken.

Our Management Team bears the responsibility for establishing and maintaining the system and undertakes to ensure its integrity is maintained through the instruction and training of personnel, and that each employee has a full understanding of what is required of them. Equally, every employee has a personal responsibility to maintain this integrity.

Management will also ensure all subcontractors meet the specified requirements of their role/function and accept responsibility for their actions.
The Company has a policy of continuous improvement and objective setting, in line with the ISO 27001:2022 Standard.

The Information Security Management system will be monitored regularly under the Management’s ultimate responsibility, with regular reporting of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
